Executives from all the successful pension funds are invited - costs paid - to attend the IPE Awards Dinner to receive their award. Additionally IPE offers sponsored places to other pension funds that would like to attend the event. Some 280+ pension fund participants benefited from sponsored places in 2007.
For most pension funds the sponsored accommodation and subsidised travel arrangements add up to a fully costs paid package to attend the IPE European Pension Fund Awards.

IPE guarantees free accommodation to all IPE Awards winners. Other pension funds will also be eligible for free accommodation but places are limited.
PLEASE NOTE: Pension Fund guests who accept this offer but find they are unable to attend must inform IPE before the event. Failure to do so may result in IPE invoicing you for your hotel room (Travel expenses will also not be reimbursed).
The hotels for 2008 are the Hotel Ayre Gran Via, and the Fira Palace Hotel.
Additionally, IPE will pay travel expenses maximum EUR 500 - for all of the pension fund executives allocated sponsored accommodation.
Please note: Travel expenses will be reimbursed to those guests who attended the Awards Dinner.
The IPE Awards is an industry event and its access is reserved to pensions professionals. Consultants and people working at pensions associations and government offices are very welcome to attend free of charge although accommodation and travel remain at their expense.
