The US perspective of the LP/GP dynamic and other challenges facing investors The downturn has placed the LP/GP relationship under pressure. Ted Leary, president of California-based consultancy Crosswater Realty Advisors and well-known commentator on the investor manager relationship shares his thoughts on the key issues affecting this all-important relationship and maps the way forward.
