IP REAL ESTATE AWARDS - 16 MAY 2013, LONDON
Now well established in the real estate calendar, the IP Real Estate Awards is one of the industry’s leading events to honour investors for excellence in investment strategy, transparency and innovation within the real estate sector; The annual event comprises a highly topical one-day conference featuring leading industry figures including top buy and supply side executives, followed by a gala dinner during which the Awards are presented. There are also extensive opportunities for high-level networking.
At the 2012 event held in London, 263 delegates attended from 20 countries. Close to 100 delegates were pension fund executives. Now in its ninth year, the 2013 event will once again be held in London, on May 16th. The venue is the Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel in the heart of the multi-billion euro Nine Elms regeneration project, which includes the iconic Battersea Power Station, the new US Embassy, and the tallest residential tower in Europe.
We are delighted that Paul McNamara, formerly head of research at Prupim and internationally recognised as a leading industry thinker, will be co-moderating the seminar. We are equally delighted that Helen Fisher, regeneration chief for Nine Elms, will give a talk about the project as part of a broader look at the opportunities offered by urban regeneration.

HOW THE IP REAL ESTATE AWARDS WORK
Contested on three levels: Silver, Gold and Platinum, the IP Real Estate Investor Awards are presented to institutional investors in the Real Estate sector. They are split into categories covering regions and specialist activities.
The review period is typically 15 months, covering January 2012 until March 2013. But this is flexible and intended only as a guide. So, if you have embarked on an activity requiring a longer time-frame or if your year-end falls outside this parameter, that is equally acceptable.
