EUROPE/US- IPE is again sponsoring a place for a European marketing or sales professional to attend the forthcoming AIMSE Wharton Investment Institute.

IPE will pay the full programme fee of $5,500 which covers course sessions, reading materials, instructors' fees, meals and accommodation at Wharton.

The Institute is an advanced interactive weeklong programme designed specifically for investment management marketing and sales executives.

It is held each January on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania at the renowned Wharton School, and the instructors include some of the most highly respected academics in the marketing and sales disciplines.

Applicants must be working full time for an investment management organisation, and have at least three years marketing and/or sales experience. Selection for the IPE scholarship will take place on 12th November.

Wim Allegaert, head of product development at KBC Bank and IPE AIMSE scholar, 2001 said: "the program was extremely useful, with the course given from an academic point of view - un-biased, no prep-talk, no shares talk."

Rahul Nath Moodgal, client service analyst at TT International Investment Management and winner of the most recent award said: "The IPE-AIMSE Investment Institute at Wharton is an eye opening, thought provoking, mind stimulating, highly entertaining, innovative and energetic week of working with some of the most reputable names in the industry and being instructed by some of the most prestigious academics in the world."
