BELGIUM – Stefaan Castelyn, former head of asset management for Bank Corluy, has moved to UBS Wealth Management in Belgium.

The departure was confirmed by Luc Corluy, a director at the Antwerp-based bank.

Castelyn was a head of asset management, and also had a commercial role of institutional sales at Bank Corluy. He has just joined UBS Wealth Management in Belgium as a director.

Emmy Verbist replaced Castelyn in his role as head of asset management last year, and now, on his departure, has been appointed to the management committee. Pierre Destrycker, formerly a senior account manager, replaces Castelyn in his commercial role with Bank Corluy.

Bank Corluy formed a strategic alliance with Singer & Friedlander, London-based active investment manager, in 1999 in order to service the European institutional market.

Bank Corluy has 2.5 billion euros in assets under management.
