British Vita picks Mercers for administration

UK – Consultant William M. Mercer has won the mandate to provide administration services to the main group pension funds of British Vita, the Manchester-based polymer technology specialist.

The schemes, previously managed inhouse, are both defined benefit type and have a combined value of £270m (€437.1m). Their combined membership currently exceeds 5,000.

In addition to administration, Mercer will also provide retirement, legal and investment consulting services to the two schemes.
