Gissings introduces DB/DC trustee courses

UK – Employee benefits company, Gissings, has added two new trustee courses to its roster of training programmes.

The courses, to be held in October and November, will be separate, with one designed for the experienced trustee and one for the novice.

They will specifically look at trusteeship of defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution schemes (DC).

A third course, looking at investments, again with DB and DC specifically in mind, has been added and will take place on November.

Director of corporate affairs at Gissings, Rodney Jagelman, says: “It’s a complex and demanding role that of the_trustee, but a satisfying one that well-informed trustees can discharge with confidence.”
