GLOBAL - Andrew Tunningley, head of Hewitt's UK investment practice, has taken up a new role as global strategy leader, to review both the company's business potential and create an oversight role to clients' global investment issues.

A spokesman for Hewitt said Tunningley, who has lead the investment team since 2003, will fulfil a dual role and help to build the investment consulting business but he will also build upon the company's investment knowledge across all jurisdictions.
His role as head of the UK investment consulting practice is being filled by John Rushen, previously at alternative asset manager firm Ermitage. He will join on 1 November and report to Andy Cox, managing director of Hewitt Associates UK, as well as sit on the UK management team board.
