NETHERLANDS - Dutch pension schemes administrator and asset manager MN Services have named Richard van Ovost as new head of its international real estate team.

Van Ovost, 43, was formerly a director of investments at CB Richard Ellis BV and as head portfolio management at Altera Vastgoed NV, where he was a member of the management team.

In his new job he will focus on extending the investment category international real estate as part of the fiduciary management concept of MN Services.

Bas van den Ijssel, 38, has been appointed as fund manager of the team. He has held been asset manager offices at SFB Vastgoed and portfolio manager at BPF Bouwinvestment.

Van Ovost and Van den IJssel take over from Erwin Stouthamer and Karin van der Sluijs respectively, who have left.

MN Services has been active as an administrator of Dutch pension schemes and as a manager of collective pension assets for more than 50 years.
