**Rothschild has new institutional client service manager**
UK – Rothschild Asset Management has appointed Marion Colverd as manager of its institutional client service team in London.
Colverd will be specifically responsible for Rothschild’s relationship with TU Fund Managers, for whom it manages three portfolios. She will also work on the development and distribution of the company’s institutional pooled fund range.
Colverd joins from Scottish Widows where she was responsible for large client account management.

**Friends Ivory & Sime strengthens its global and fund of funds team**
UK - Friends Ivory & Sime has appointed three new members to its global portfolio construction and fund of funds teams.
Robin Pemberton will head up the global portfolio construction team. This is a newly created position and he will report to Debbie Clarke, head of equities. Pemberton moves in-house from his role as director of Japanese equities.
Richard Philbin joins as a fund manager on the fund of funds team. He was previously with Towry Law Investment Management, where he was an investment manager. He will report to Robin Pemberton.
Patrick Blessing has been appointed as analyst to the fund of funds team. He moves in-house from his previous position as a member of the investment writing team. He will work alongside Richard Philbin, researching investment managers.

**Faber appointed to external funds at Morley**
UK – Morley Fund Management has appointed Anne Faber as assistant fund manager to its external property funds emerging sectors team in London.
Faber will be responsible for covering regeneration, PFI initiatives and nursing homes, reporting to Chris Laxton, head of external property funds.
She joins from Schroder Property, where she worked as an investment surveyor before becoming an assistant fund manager.

**Norton takes on Midgley**
UK – Specialist pensions legal firm, Norton Rose, has appointed Alison Midgley as a consultant to its pensions team.
Midgley, a pensions lawyer, was previously a partner at Baker and McKenzie before joining Linklaters & Alliance as a consultant on their international pensions team.
She has experience in a range of pensions law issues, such as advising employers, trustees, insurance companies and investment providers on national, international and multi-national transactions.

**State Street expands sales team in Luxembourg**
LUXEMBOURG – Boston based State Street Corporation has added two new sales executives to its office in Luxembourg, which now has over 400 employees.
Thierry Logier has joined as vice president and director of offshore sales and Stefan Corthouts has joined as vice president.
Logier was previously deputy manager of financial services at Crédit Agricole Indosuez Luxembourg, whilst Corthouts was formerly senior sales account manager and vice president of worldwide securities services at Citibank in London and Amsterdam.


**Aberdeen Celexa appoints Gale**
UK - London based Aberdeen Celexa Property Investors has appointed Richard Gale as associate director to its indirect investment management team.
Gale joins from DTZ Corporate Finance, where he was involved in structuring co-investment vehicles, raising equity for investment and marketing investments in collective schemes.

**Asset Alliance International names new sales and marketing executive**
UK / US – London based Asset Alliance International, a subsidiary of New York based hedge fund company, Asset Alliance Corporation, has added David Mimra as associate director, sales and marketing.
Mimra joins from Schroder Salomon Smith Barney, where he was vice president in charge of sales and marketing of global equity derivatives with French and Benelux accounts.
In his new position he will be responsible for developing fund of funds, advisory and structured products in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Geneva.
