Sure, change will come, but the real question is how much and how long it will take. Unless one is warrant buffet who could wait decades and does not need any money during the waiting period, I said there are better place then Japan.

As the Japanese didn't think that their 30 year stagnation is a thing, why should anyone think they will uproot their way dramatically in a few years. They might just wait till Abe is gone.
