Russell strengthens Dutch institutional sales team

NETHERLANDS - Frank Russell has appointed Oscar Pesch as sales and client service manager within its institutional investment services team in Amsterdam.

Pesch, who reports to Jon Bailie, managing director, institutional investment services, will concentrate on institutional business development and client servicing in the Benelux countries.

He joins from ING Baring Private Bank in Geneva where he focused on business development, client servicing and investment advice for larger private banking clients.

Johan Cras, who heads up Russell’s Amsterdam office, will now focus on broadening Russell’s partnership and distribution alliances in the region.
