GLOBAL - Aon Hewitt, JP Morgan Asset Management, PGGM, AZL, ASR, Source Pensions, Buck Consultants, SVG Capital, Pioneer Investments, New Bridge Street

Aon Hewitt - Colin Haines has joined the consultancy's retirement and investment practice, while Anne Swift has moved to the practice as a senior global defined contribution consultant. Haines joins after five years at LCP, where he was a partner and consulting actuary. Before then, he worked at BAE Systems and Watson Wyatt in the UK and Sweden. Swift moved to the practice after three years within Aon Hewitt's DC team. 

JP Morgan Asset Management - Jamie Broderick, head of the EMEA region at the asset manager, is to leave at the end of this year after nearly 20 years. Broderick joined JPMAM in 1993 to develop the firm's mutual fund business before being appointed to his current position in 2008. No exact date for his departure has yet been disclosed.

PGGM - Eric-Jan Vink has been appointed head of private equity. Vink has been a senior investment manager for private equity at the Dutch pension fund service provider since last summer. Before then, he was a partner at Gilde Buy Out Partners.

AZL - Joost de Winter has been appointed director of pension relations at pensions provider AZL. De Winter is currently director of the pensions bureau of the pension fund of social security benefits organisation UWV. In his new job, he will be responsible for services to AZL clients and the acquisition of new clients. De Winter is to succeed AZL board member Nico Coenen, who will retire this year.

ASR - Bob Stehmann has been appointed marketing director at pensions insurer ASR. Stehmann is currently marketing and proposition development manager at insurer Achmea. Until now, the position of marketing director at ASR had been filled on a temporary basis. Stehmann has been working for Achmea since 2008 and before then worked at ING.

Source Pensions - The UK-based administration and investment fund platform for occupational pension schemes has appointed Alastair Burt as business development manager. Burt, who has more than 30 years' experience, has worked at Scottish Mutual, Abbey for Intermediaries and Legal & General.

Buck Consultants - Tony Winterburn has been appointed senior consulting actuary for de-risking. Winterburn, who has more than 20 years' experience, joins from AEGON UK, where he was head of actuarial sales, focusing on new business development for defined benefit schemes.

SVG Capital - The private equity firm has made a number of board changes in preparation for the implementation of a new strategy. Stephen Duckett, most recently managing director at Hellman & Friedman, will be joining the board. Denis Raeburn and Francis Finlay will retire from the board, while Edgar Koning and Nicholas Ferguson have advised the company that they intend to retire by year-end, when Nicholas Ferguson is to retire as chairman.

Pioneer Investments - David Hanratty has been appointed head of the Global Strategic Partners group and UK and Ireland distribution. Before joining Pioneer in 2003, Hanratty served as director and head of distribution at a subsidiary of Janus Capital Corporation.

New Bridge Street - David Tankel has returned to the remuneration specialist, part of Aon Corporation, as a principal. Tankel was a partner at New Bridge Street Consultants from 1992 to 2008, when it was acquired by Hewitt Associates. He left the firm in 2011 to lecture on the international directors' programme at INSEAD in France.
