GLOBAL – Pension Protection Fund, Baring Asset Management, Neuberger Berman, Aviva Investors, Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management, Schroders

Pension Protection Fund (PPF) – Alan Jenkins and Tom Joy are to join the board as non-executive directors. Jenkins helped establish Eversheds, where he was chairman between 2004 and 2010. He also holds a number of non-executive appointments, including the Financial Ombudsman Service, Crown Prosecution Service and UK Trade & Investment, and he is chairman of the board of trustees at Lattitude Global Volunteering and Mencap Trust Company. Joy has held a variety of different roles at Schroders, including head of multi-manager investment. He was also CIO at RMB Asset Management and is currently director of investments at the Church Commissioners for England.

Baring Asset Management (Barings) – Ed Moisson has been appointed as a business development analyst. He joins from Lipper, where he held a number of senior research roles. Most recently he was head of UK and cross-border research. Before then, he was at Fitzrovia International from 1999, which was acquired by Lipper in October 2004.

Neuberger BermanJon Jonsson has been appointed managing director and senior portfolio manager of global fixed income strategies. He joins from JP Morgan Asset Management, where he worked for 15 years, most recently has head of global aggregate strategies. He held a number of roles at JPMAM, including senior quantitative analyst, head of the New York short-term portfolio management team and head of the London portfolio management team. 

Aviva InvestorsSunita Kara has been appointed as portfolio manager for European high yield. She joins from Baring Asset Management, where she was global high-yield portfolio manager. Before then, she worked for Standard & Poor's as a senior credit analyst and HM Treasury as an economic analyst.  

Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management (DAWM) – Felipe Godard has been appointed managing director and head of wealth management for Latin America. He joins from Credit Suisse, where he was head of advisory, solutions and investments for the Latin American Private Bank. Before then, he worked at JP Morgan, where he headed the Latin American team. He will be based in Switzerland.

SchrodersRosalind Mann has joined the UK strategic solutions team. She joins from Towers Watson, where she has been an investment consultant for the last five years.
