Credit Suisse Asset Management (CSAM) has appointed Ella Brown to the position of London head of European equity research.

Brown will report to Stephen Goldman, managing director and head of equities for Europe ex-Switzerland and will work alongside Thomas Albrecht, the Zurich Head of European equity research.

She joins from JP Morgan Fleming Investment Management, where she spent the last 8 years working in JPMIM’s European equity research and portfolio management teams.

Stephen Goldman comments: “This hire caps CSAM’s European research build. Our team of analysts is located in two of CSAM’s key geographies, London and Zurich. “Ella will take on the responsibility for the day-to-day management role in Zurich. We have established a first-rate European Equity team with the depth and quality of resources to match any institution in the market place.”
