UK- Mercer Human Resource Consulting has announced a number of senior management changes to its retirement practice.

Worldwide partner Frank Oldham will relinquish his role as head of the London unit and be replaced by Peter Godding, currently a senior consultant based in London.

Phil Tranter, another worldwide partner, is to leave his position as head of the Leeds department. Head of the Bristol retirement practice Rob Harper is relocating to Leeds as a replacement.

Stuart Butlin, a senior consultant in Leatherhead, will fill the vacancy in Bristol.

Mercers says the move allows both worldwide partners to take a more active role in the strategy and direction of the company- Oldham and Tranter will assume a prominent position in the so-called retirement leadership group.

The changes will take place over the next few months.
