UK – Frank Russell Company has appointed Jamie Downing as manager of UK sales in its London-based institutional investment services team.

Downing, who will focus on getting new business from pension funds and other institutional clients with assets up to £150m (€238m), will report to UK sales director, Roger Whittaker.

He joins from Hargreaves Lansdown where he was a corporate consultant to pension funds.
