SCANDINAVIA - A Scandinavian institutional investor is conducting a manager search for a $70m (€48m) Asian equity mandate, using IPE Quest.

In the search, QN958, the investors specifies the equity mandate can be all or large cap Asia (ex. Japan).

The investors prefers an active all-cap core approach, while the stated benchmark is MSCI AC Asia Free ex. Japan, net dividends).

The stated tracking error guidelines lie between a minimum of 3% and a maximum of 10%.

The mandate will be subject to socially responsible investment restrictions, though at present only one Asia (ex Japan) company is excluded from the investment universe.

Moreover, the mandate will be subject to tactical asset allocation-related flows.

The closing date of the search is September 2.
