EUROPE – Grontmij Capital Consultants is conducting a pre-selection process for non-listed industrial investment opportunities in Europe, using IPE-Quest.

The Dutch consultancy said in search QN1306 that it would be seeking industrial units worth €7.5m-15m, which should currently fall within a core or value-added strategy.

The investable assets should have at least a year-long track record, with any submissions stating performance to the end of March, net of fees.

Grontmij chose not to specify any tracking error guidelines and did not name a minimum AUM threshold for any managers seeking to apply.

Further information can be obtained through IPE-Quest, and applications should be submitted by 3 July.

The consultancy recently launched a search for European institutional residential funds or club deals on behalf of two Dutch pension funds, closing on 12 July.

The news team is unable to answer any further questions about IPE-Quest tender notices to protect the interests of clients conducting the search. To obtain information directly from IPE-Quest, please contact Jayna Vishram on +44 (0) 20 3465 9330 or email
