NETHERLANDS/FRANCE – The clearing house KAS-Associatie has been admitted as a general clearing member by Clearnet, the French stock exchange’s clearing institute, giving it access to cash and derivatives markets in the country.

At present, Kas is a clearing member in both Amsterdam and Brussels.

For the bank’s clients this means that they can trade on all Euronext stock exchanges via a single platform as of July.
The company says its European strategy is to offer securities services on all major European markets without having a physical presence.

KAS already offers the service on the London market.
