Lake will be involved in the further integration of ESG information in the investment processes of ABP Investments, the fund announced today.

Elsewhere, Watson Wyatt announced the completion of the acquisition of Watson Wyatt Brans & Co, its long-time alliance partner in the Netherlands.

Watson Wyatt announced the move on 3 January, but now a definitive agreement has been signed.

Commenting on the move last month, Watson Wyatt president and CEO John Haley said that with its well funded pension system, the Netherlands was an important territory for the firm.
