GLOBAL - Insurance group Aegon has launched an online study to develop a "future vision" of multinational companies' pension plans in the future.
"Aegon is undertaking a groundbreaking study to develop a future vision of pension plans of multinationals in the upcoming era of global convergence," the company said.
The study will be administered by financial services research organisation LIMRA International.
It's sent out an email questionnaire to find out opinions about the major trends that will impact the pension plans of multinationals over the next five years.
"Your participation in this study is of great importance to us and to all the organizations that must consider the implications of the convergence of retirement plans in Europe and around the world," it said.
Respondents will receive a $100 donation to a charity of their choice - as well as a report on the findings.
