EUROPE - IPE's web-based manager search facility IPE-Quest has a new look site enabling pension funds and other investor users to navigate the site more easily and to review the features of the service.
The new style home page provides a range of new features including the latest news feeds from IPE.com and IPE RealEstate.com.  A ‘pop-up' map gives details of the different countries where investors, who have registered or placed searches have been located.
It also provides access to the IPE-Quest regular series of newsletters and the latest statistics of searches placed on the service.
Piers Diacre, IPE chief executive officer, says that this is another important step in development of IPE-Quest, which in the past ten years has had over 700 mandates placed on the system, worth over $80bn.
"We will shortly be announcing some other new developments in relation to IPE-Quest, which we regard as a key platform in IPE's web-based services. But more importantly, will enhance the service we offer both to investors and the asset managers, who respond to searches," he says.
On 8 October, IPE Quest is holding a Pension Fund User Group Workshop in Brussels, which all pension fund users of IPE-Quest are able to attend, as well as any other pension funds interested in learning about the service.
In addition to announcing the latest developments in the service, the workshop will include sessions  ‘Getting the best from your manager selection'. Those interested in attending should contact Jayna Vishram, jayna.vishram@ipe-quest.com or +44 207 261 4630.
