BELGIUM - Metal sector pension fund Pensioenfonds Metaal has tendered two active specialist mandates through IPE-Quest.

The 200 million-euro scheme is tendering a 40 million-euro euro-zone equity mandate and a 30 million-euro euro-zone credit brief.

The selection process consists of two parts, with the fund making a preliminary choice in-house and Mercer advising in the latter part of the selection process.

Tenders must reach the fund by August 27.

The fund is also conducting an in-house selection for a European real-estate mandate and a euro-zone government bond mandate. The outcome of the selection for these two mandates, however, has not yet been finalised a spokeswoman for the fund said.
