LUXEMBOURG - Private bank Kredietbank Luxembourg says its head of institutional sales, Jean-Luc Neyens, has left the company.

It was not immediately clear when the selection process for Neyens’ successor would be completed.

KBL heads a group of European banks and companies specialised in private banking, the KBL Group of European Private Bankers.

In 2003, the group bought Dutch private bank Theodoor Gilissen Bankiers.

Among the companies belonging to the group are Belgium- based Puilaetco Bank, Merck Finck & Co in Munich, Brown Shipley & Co. Ltd in London, KBL Brown Shipley Jersey Ltd.

Net consolidated group profit was 193.1 million euros, up 6.8% over the previous year.
