UK – Mercer Human Resource Consulting says it has been appointed to provide administration services for the Texas Instruments UK pension scheme.

Mercer said it already provides actuarial and investment consulting services to the defined benefit scheme. The scheme has an overall membership of more than 2,000 and a fund size of over 100 million pounds (euros).

“We are very pleased to extend our relationship with Texas Instruments and believe that our strong commitment to teamwork helped us to secure this appointment,” said Mark Lilly, European partner at Mercer.

Mercer said it was in competition with Aon and Jardine Lloyd Thompson – and that Aon was the incumbent.
