A group of six US Senators will be visiting a number of European countries this month to discuss pension, social security and other issues with government ministers, political leaders and different experts on this side of the Atlantic.

The group will be led by Republican Senator Domenici from New Mexico, who is chair of the Senate Budget Committee. Cities to be visited include London, Paris, Brussels and Geneva. Pensions are seen as one of the policy issues of the next decade, says a committee spokesperson.
