IPE special report May 2018

AIMSE opens debate on Dutch third party management

NETHERLANDS- AIMSE International, the association for investment management sales and marketing professionals, is organising a meeting focusing on the emerging trend for large Dutch pension funds to set up their in-house investment teams as third-party asset managers.

The discussion, Friend or Foe, is being held in Amsterdam on the evening of 25 June and will examine the potential threat the move poses to traditional asset management groups.

The event will take the form of a panel discussion, to include a plan sponsor who is an active third-party asset manager, a consultant and a fund manager.

The evening will seek to analyse the progress of these new-style asset managers, the implications for AIMSE members and the likely international ramifications.

The meeting is open to all market participants. Further information is available directly from AIMSE International by telephone +44 (0)1273 227573 or email
