GERMANY – The pension fund of German chemicals firm Bayer AG is looking for a new chief financial officer following the resignation of Juergen Bader.

Bader had been with the fund for ten years before he resigned last month.

Georg Sage, managing director of financial investments at the fund, is overseeing Bader’s role on a day-to-day basis until a replacement is found.

He reports to chief executive officer, Juergen Gasser, who is responsible for replacing Bader.

The Bayer Pensionskasse has around 5.6 billion euros in assets under management.
