UK - Britannic Asset Management has appointed Kevin Fenelon as its investment director of UK equities. Fenelon is currently head of UK large cap investments at Britannic and will continue to oversee the business.

In the new role, Fenelon will be responsible for Britannic’s UK equity strategy, process and management of the UK equity team of 10.

Fenelon takes over the position from Peter Reid, Britannic’s chief investment officer. Says Reid: “Having a dedicated head of UK will enable me to concentrate more fully on Britannic’s development across all equity classes and bonds and property.”

Prior to joining Britannic in 1997, Fenelon worked at Scottish Amicable Investment Managers and Scottish Provident, covering UK investments.

Britannic has over 14 billion pounds (22 billion euros) in funds under management, of which 6.4 billion pounds (10 billion euros) is invested in UK equities.
