UK- CDC IXIS Capital Markets, the French investment bank has appointed Guido Rauch as its new head of derivatives marketing and manager of the London office and Ana Diaz has been appointed head of origination in London.

Rauch joins from Bear Stearns where he was head of derivatives marketing in Europe. Prior to that he spent eight years at Paribas and seven years at UBS where he held various positions in derivatives and debt financing.

In his new role he reports to Nicolas Fourt, a member of the executive board, to Etienne Bur, head of derivatives and arbitrages equity capital markets and to Francois Mainard, head of fixed income and foreign exchange.

Diaz has previously held the position of co-head of origination at Commerzbank.
