GLOBAL – Citigroup has named Jay Nussbaum as global head of sales for its transaction services business.
“I am pleased to announce that Jay Nussbaum will join Global Transaction Services as the head of sales, marketing and business development globally effective immediately,” said Frank Bisignano, chief executive of Global Transaction Services in a staff memo.
“Jay has a long history of success in growing market share by developing new product offerings and expanding client base.”
He added that Terry Ford would join as chief operating officer of sales, marketing and business development.
Nussbaum and Ford both join from BearingPoint. They are both former top executives at computer firm Oracle.
Bisignano said that Ford, Chris Foskett, global head of sales and coverage, Ed Baum, global head of marketing and Lewis Warren, global head of business development, would all report to Nussbaum.
Bisignano said: “I am confident that Jay and Terry will work with Chris, Ed, Lewis and their teams to successfully build on the momentum of our record first quarter.”
