DENMARK – A Danish pension fund has tendered a European large-cap equities mandate worth around 70 million euros on IPE Quest.

The search is being conducted by consultant Kirstein Finans on behalf of the fund. The search will result in a short list of around five managers which will be selected based on quantitative and qualitative analysis.

The preferred benchmark is MSCI Europe, but managers not using this benchmark will also be included.

Applicants should state all data to end-December 2003. The consultant requests that all performance data be calculated gross of fees and in euros.
