EUROPE - The European Federation for Retirement Provision (EFRP) has revamped its website, in a bid to offer visitors "better information and an enhanced surfing experience".

The Federation, which represents 28 ‘umbrella' organisations of pension schemes operating on a national level, has also changed its domain to .eu, to demonstrate its European identity.

Interested parties can now register to receive news and updates at the new and improved EFRP site: http://www.efrp.eu/

The European Federation for Retirement Provision is designed to promote the development of occupational pensions, ie "workplace-based supplementary and privately-managed plans or schemes," while acknowledging the diversity of European pension systems. Its members serve some 75 million EU plan participants and represented €3.5trn in assets at the end of 2007.
