UK – Fidelity Investments has hired Julie Pine, a former client director at Henderson Global Investments.

“Julie Pine has been recruited by Fidelity Investments as a relationship director within the team responsible for UK segregated and pooled clients,” Fidelity said in a statement.

“I am delighted that Julie is joining the team,” said Simon Putt, head of Fidelity’s UK institutional clients. “Her previous experience of developing working relationships with pension scheme trustees and pension consultants will be a good fit with our existing team.”

A spokesman for Henderson said Pike was client director and left late last year.

Last week it emerged that Tim Banks, Fidelity’s head of defined contribution business development, has resigned.

Fidelity manages more than 20 billion pounds (29.7 billion euros) for UK institutional clients.
