GLOBAL - ATP Ejendomme, Industriens Pension/Spar Nord Bank, JP Morgan Asset Management, CVC Capital Partners, HgCapital, Capita Hartshead

ATP Ejendomme - Rune Kock has been appointed head of investments in the investment and portfolio department of ATP Ejendomme, the domestic real estate arm of the Danish pensions institution. He has previously worked at Catella and, most recently, NREP. Monica Hammer has been appointed project leader of the technology and environment department, having come from PLH Arkitketer, where she was an architect. Meanwhile, Kenneth Olsson will become deputy director in the investment and portfolio department, and Christian Hartmann will move into the role of deputy director in the technology and environment department.

Industriens Pension/Spar Nord Bank - Laila Mortensen, chief executive at Denmark’s Industriens Pension, has been nominated as a member of the supervisory board of Spar Nord Bank. Mortensen is expected to be elected officially at the Danish bank’s annual general meeting on 18 April.

JP Morgan Asset Management - Christoph Bergweiler has been named head of the company’s German division, replacing the recently promoted Peter Schwicht. Bergweiler has been with the company for more than a decade and was most recently head of retail sales. Schwicht, who currently also oversees institutional business in Central Europe, as well as the company’s Austrian, Swiss and Scandinavian buisiness, meanwhile has been named head of EMEA, replacing Jamie Broderick.

CVC Capital Partners - Bertrand Meunier has joined as a managing partner and member of the private equity board. Meunier was chairman of the partner committee and head of the sector teams at PAI Partners. He joined PAI, formerly part of BNP Paribas, in 1982. For the last 18 months, he has served as managing partner at the private partnership M&M Capital.
 
HgCapital - Kai Romberg has joined the partnership at the European, sector-focused private equity investor, which he joined as an associate in 2004. Meanwhile, Hector Guinness, Carlo Pohlhausen, Benedikt Kupczyk-Joeris, Paolo Mantero, Annabelle Pluquet, Allister Sykes and Benedikt Von Schoeler have all been appointed associates.

Capita Hartshead - Paula Nichol has joined the communications team from Towers Watson. Before joining the consultancy four years ago, Nichol worked on strategic pensions and reward communications with a number of FTSE 100 companies.
