Global Property Research reported changes to the constituent mix of its GPR 250 index of international property shares.
UK-based Delancey Estates will not be included in the index because it has been taken over by Tribeca UK – which is a private company owned by the management of Delancey Estates.
Also in the UK, BPT will be removed from the index after it was taken over by private company BPIL.
Inclusions are CBB Holding (Germany), New Asia Realty (Hong Kong), Kiwi Income Property Trust (New Zealand), Allan Gray Property Trust (South Africa), Hyprop Investments (South Africa), St. Modwen Properties (UK), Agree Realty Corp (US) and Keystone Property Trust (US). Other exclusions are Tyndall Meridian Trust (Australia), Lai Sun Development (Hong Kong) and Zueblin Holding (Switzerland).
