Henderson makes institutional, consultant hires
UK - Henderson Global Investors has made two new hires, boosting its institutional and consultant relations activities.
The firm said in a release that says it has appointed Mark Camp to the new role of director of institutional liquidity funds. He was formerly a business development manager for Amvescap's AIM Global Money Market Funds.
And it has named Nick Adams to a new role as associate director of institutional business. Adams will report to Andrew Fraser, director of global consultants.
It said Adams would be responsible for "developing and managing consultant relationships, and assessing opportunities for Henderson in the defined contribution market".
Adams was formerly an institutional client relationship manager at Threadneedle Asset Management. He was previously at J P Morgan Fleming and Hewitt Bacon & Woodrow.
Henderson, which has more than 70.6 billion pounds (104.7 billion euros) in assets under management, last month appointed Dominic Powell as head of its new investment solutions department.
