NETHERLANDS – Mn Services, the independent pension fund management group, which recently split its formal ties from the NLG40bn (e18bn) pension fund Dutch metalworking, pipe, mechanical and automotive trades (BPMT), has appointed Henderson Global Investors to manage an e100m Asian real-estate securities portfolio.
The appointment forms part of Mn Services’ Asian indirect property allocation and follows a review of the BPMT scheme and the subsequent decision to seek specialist managers for this part of the pension fund.
Erwin Stouthamer, director international real estate at Mn Services, comments: “The appointment of Henderson for this mandate reflects our confidence that they will continue to deliver superior performance returns and client service. We very much look forward to our continuing relationship.”
