UK/NETHERLANDS – Dutch custody services group KAS BANK has announced the appointment of Kate Parker as its new sales representative for UK institutional investors. Parker will operate from the London office in this new dedicated role for KAS.

Previously, she was sales and relationship manager at Deutsche Bank where she was also responsible for the UK institutional investor client base.

KAS managing director, Laurens Vis says Parker will be responsible for sales to the UK institutional market, with particular focus on the pension fund market. "Kate’s experience within the pensions industry allows us to continue to expand our position and service proposition in the UK custody market for UK institutional investors."

She will be working alongside Ben Kajtazi in London and reporting to Ben Kramer in Amsterdam who is responsible for sales. In the past year, the Dutch group has managed to notch up some successes in the very competitive UK environment, including the Johnson Group Staff pension scheme.
