The concluding report and recommendations of Ireland's National Pensions Policy Initiative has been slightly delayed, and will now go before the Minister for Social Welfare in early March according to its authors, the Irish Pensions Board. The report, which is expected to be made public later next month, is mainly concerned with extending pensions coverage and follows extensive consultation with pensions professionals and the social partners. Legislation is expected to follow.
