NETHERLANDS - An industrywide Dutch pension fund is looking for a manager for a €75m active pan-Europe core real estate portfolio using IPE-QUEST (QN727).

Chosen benchmark is the GPR Europe (20% UK). Tracking error should be between 3% and 8%, with a 5% average.

Interested managers should have a minimum AUM of $500m (€382m) for the mandate and $2bn for the firm. The preferred minimum track record is two years. Performance should be stated to year-end 2006 net of fees.

Deadline for participation is March 19.

In search QN731 a US insurance company in the State of New York is seeking to appoint an equity large cap core global developed markets manager for a $150m mandate.

The managers will not be allowed to use techniques such as short-selling or leverage. Neither can they use derivatives or futures. The mandate will be benchmarked against either the MSCI EAFE (ex US) Index or the MSCI World (ex US).

Interested managers should have a minimum AUM of $1.5bn for the mandate and $5bn for the firm. The preferred minimum track record is five years, the absolute minimum is three years. Performance should be stated to year-end 2006 gross of fees.
