NETHERLANDS - A Dutch pension fund has tendered €50m-€60m in pan-European publicly traded European real estate via IPE-Quest.
The investor is looking for a manager to actively manage a mandate of publicly traded European real estate, says the search (QN647).
The preferred benchmark is the EPRA Europe with a maximum allocation to the UK of 20% (customized). Managers will only be allowed to invest a maximum of 1/3 of the total assets outside the benchmark.
The search closes on August 11.
