Giant French custodian Caisse des Dépots has added portfolio measurement to its services for custodial clients. This follows an agreement with Frank Russell, which offers similar services to Chase Manhattan and Citibank. CDC is the only French custodian to have such an agreement with Russell for performance measurement.
