UK- Independent actuarial partnership Barnett Waddingham has announced the appointment of two new partners and seven associates.

Richard Millson, who is responsible for small self administered schemes and for self invested personal pensions at the Leeds office, has been promoted from associate to partner.

Nuala Hedges, responsible for pension scheme administration at the Cheltenham office, has won the same promotion.

New associates include the actuaries Rajeev Shah, Isabel Coles, Sam Meldrum, Andrew Twells, John Harrison, Phil Duly and Daniel Levy.

The appointments bring the partnership up to twenty and, according to senior partner Huw Wynne-Griffith, increase the number of partners whose expertise is not actuarial to three.

Barnett Waddingham employs 220 staff making it one of the largest independent consulting and actuarial partnerships in the UK.
