UK – Investment management consultancy Citisoft announced today it will merge with The Rowan Group as part of its US expansion.

Citisoft, established in1986, has a client base of more than 75% of the top 50 global asset managers and supplies strategic planning and implementation services to the investment management sector.

Jonathan Clark, executive director of Citisoft, says its merger with the Boston-based Rowan Group will enable it to establish a strong presence in North America.

“From this base we will be able to extend our offering of professional, client and result focused consulting services to US and global investment managers," he says.

The Rowan Group was founded in 2001 by three investment management industry professionals and specialised in strategic planning and implementation services for the global asset management community.
