Cogent brings Kirk on board for European MD role

UK/EUROPE – Nick Kirk has been promoted as managing director for Europe at London based Cogent, the international investment operations subsidiary of Australian financial services group AMP.
The move is part of a restructuring of the company’s management team, and Kirk joins the newly created global executive team, headed by Tony Solway.

“ As Cogent continues to grow, it is important we have a structure that can support our expansion as well as delivering first class service to our clients wherever they happen to be. The global executive team will include two managing directors of our business in the European and Australasian regions, Nick Kirk and Alexis George respectively,” says Solway.

Cogent administers more than AUS$368bn of assets on behalf of 90 clients in Europe and Australasia.
