UK- Dresdner RCM Global Investors has appointed Trevor Green as a director of UK and European equities. Green joins from Credit Suisse Asset Management where he was director of the UK equity team under Steve Goldman.

Green will report to CIO Neil Dwane in London and will be responsible for the UK growth and UK mid cap funds, previously managed by Derek Lygo who left last year. Green is also to be involved with growing the investment trust business.

Says Swane: “Trevor comes with an enviable performance record having managed the ‘A’ rated UK growth fund at Credit Suisse. We’re delighted to have him on board.”

Earlier this month Dresdner appointed Deutsche AM’s Mark Lovett as UK and European equity manager and last year Lucy MacDonald joined as head of global equities from Baring AM and Dwane joined from JP Morgan Investment Management as CIO.
