IPE-QUEST: Belgian insurer tenders E100m
BELGIUM - A Belgian insurance company has tendered up to 100 million euros via IPE-Quest.
It is seeking up to two managers to actively manage US & Canada briefs, worth a total of 40 million euros.
And the same company is also looking for managers for a euro-zone mid cap brief and small cap core brief worth a total of 60 million euros.
The company will select one manager for an actively managed small cap core brief, worth 20 million euros, and a manager for an actively managed mid cap core mandate in of the same value.
It will also chose one asset manager for a 30 million actively managed euro-zone mid cap core brief and one more for an actively managed euro-zone small cap core mandates of the same value.
The research is based on a bottom up approach with long-term investment horizons.
There are no pre-determined targets on length of track record or assets under management for any of the four mandates, but the ideal candidate must have offices in Europe.
The insurance company would also be interested in applications from managers offering small- and mid-cap products.
