SWITZERLAND- Managerselection.com, the Swiss-based data platform for pension funds, consultants and investment managers, has bought back all of founder Felix Kottmann’s shares following his resignation.

A statement released by Mr Kottmann says the disengagement and resignation will eliminate all potential conflicts of interest and strengthen the independence of his recently-created company Kottmann Advisory.

Kottmann left Swiss consultants Complimenta last year to launch the new firm which has since taken on half a dozen pension funds, most notably the SAir-group pension funds.

Zurich-based Kottmann Advisory provides a full range of advisory and trusteeship services to institutional and high net worth investors worldwide, especially focussing on board and committee membership, advisory services, project management, selection projects and conferences and seminars for trustees.
